to the following terms.

AuraSpark is a South African online 

retail store operating in accordance 

with the Electronic Communications and 

Transactions Act 25 of 2002 and the 

Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

2. Products

We make every effort to display our 

products as accurately as possible. 

Colors may vary slightly due to 

screen settings.

3. Pricing

All prices are in South African Rand 

(ZAR). We reserve the right to correct 

pricing errors without prior notice.

4. Payment

Payment must be received in full before 

your order is processed. We accept secure 

online payments through our payment 

gateway partners.

5. Checkout Agreement

By completing your purchase you confirm 

that you have read and agree to our 

Shipping Policy and Returns Policy 

including the 15% restocking fee on 

change-of-mind returns.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South 

African law, AuraSpark shall not be liable 

for any indirect, incidental, or 

consequential damages resulting from the 

use or inability to use our products 

or website.

7. Governing Law

This website, its policies, and all 

customer purchase contracts are governed 

by the laws of the Republic of South 

Africa. Any disputes are subject to the 

jurisdiction of South African courts.
